The Board of Directors

A four-member Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic management of sportlifeone AG. Roger Bigger is Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jürg Altorfer and Pascal Scheiwiller are members. Claudio Bertenghi is Vice-Chairman.

Roger Bigger (50) founded his first company in 2003 after a career as a business economist in the financial sector. Over the past decade and a half, the proactive entrepreneur has developed this into the azemos group, which specialises in asset management, financial planning and real estate. The former FC Wil 1900 footballer took on responsibility in the club and the league early on. He led the club through many a turbulent phase and celebrated the surprising Cup victory in 2004. At the Swiss Football League, he was head of finance and a member of the committee for nine years. In the meantime, he has resigned from these sporting posts and concentrates fully on his business.

Claudio Bertenghi was a passionate ice hockey player who played for the Lakers in Rapperswil. Today he runs the consulting firm Bertenghi & Partner AG in Zurich, which serves over 300 companies in the insurance sector. With the Pro Sports Protection Association, he has created a proposal for professional athletes within his company, which is now also incorporated into sportlifeone.

Jürg Altorfer was in the national squad of military pentathletes. The virtues required there also helped him to a career as a tax expert. At ADB Altorfer Duss & Beilstein AG he is one of five partners. Jürg has expanded his wealth of experience as a board member of various organisations. At sportlifeone he can also live out his passion for sport professionally.

For Pascal Scheiwiller, sport is a hobby and a balance. His passions are sports planes and sailing boats. Born in eastern Switzerland, he has been CEO of von Rundstedt, the Swiss market leader for newplacement and career counselling, for seven years. He and his team have excellent connections in the working world, which benefits sportlifeone members when they want to launch their second professional career.
